No. The Associate tier is free permanently and isn't tied to any practice subscription. If a practice's Practice plan lapses, associates keep full logging, rules checking, and export access — nothing about an associate's own record is ever held hostage.
Do supervisors need to pay?
Supervisor accounts are always free when attached to a Practice or Solo Supervisor plan, because supervisors are the people who make the record real by signing it — charging them would work against adoption.
How is a "seat" counted on the Practice plan?
One seat per active associate engaged with your practice. Ending an engagement frees the seat; it never affects the associate's own access to their record.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing comes with a 20% discount, switchable from account settings at any time.
Is there a free trial for the Practice plan?
